Andy Holden - Art Now Exhibition
I recently went to see Andy Holden's installation piece, which is currently exhibiting in the Tate Britain as part of the Art Now programme. Compromising of a large knitted boulder, 'The Pyramid Piece' acts as a means of representing, and reconciling the guilt of stealing a rock from the Great Pyramid of Cheops in Giza as a child. It's pretty impressive seeing it up close, you can see a lot of work went into producing it. I did my A-levels with the guy, and then went on to do Art Foundation with him, so it's great to see he's doing well for himself.
