The Shape Of Things To Come: New Sculpture at the Saatchi Gallery

Here are a few photos from the exhibition ' The shape of things to come' at the Saatchi Gallery. I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this one, i thought the title of the show was fairly ambiguous, but i can say i was pleasantly surprised by the work on show. One of the highlights was was the Canadian artist David Altmeid's anthropomorphic sculpture titled 'The New North' I loved all the various materials used in it's construction, the geometric mirrors and crystals mixed in with the wires and hairs gave it an 'otherworldly' presence.

Below are some photographs from some of the other pieces that i thought really stood out.
